SHIPPING POLICY: 

Currently, World & Daafi ships only to Australia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, UK, USA. Please check our website regularly for any updates, or subscribe to our newsletter for any updates and news.

World & Daafi, offers FREE standard shipping on ALL orders.

Products can take 14 to 48 days to arrive depending on your location, customs, or extreme weather conditions.

Orders ship in 1-5 business days, unless stated otherwise. Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST or after, will be processed the next business day.

In the majority of cases you are not required to pay customs and duties, but in some countries, custom fees might apply.

Because we want you to enjoy the wide selection of products, we have partnered with multiple suppliers. So, when you order more than one product, you might receive your shipment in separate packages, in different times.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY:

If the customer did not receive their package in the mail within 60 days, World & Daafi will send a new one (no product exchange) free of charge or offer them a FULL refund. World & Daafi is not responsible and will not issue a refund, or send another product in case:
            - the order did not arrive, due to reasons within customers’ control (Including but not limited to providing the wrong address).
            - the order did not arrive, due to exceptional circumstances outside of our control (including but not limited to natural disasters and extreme weather conditions, or not being cleared by customs)

If the customer receives their product damaged or defected, World & Daafi will send a new one (no product exchange) free of charge or offer them a FULL refund. The customer must provide us with the proof of the damage.

If the customer receives the package with one or all of the products are not what they ordered, they can choose to send back the product and get a FULL refund, or the customer can keep the product and receive a partial refund. World & Daafi will cover the cost of returning the item (standard shipping only). 

If the customer receives the package with one or all of the product are significantly different or not as described, World & Daafi will automatically issue a FULL refund. The customer must provide us with picture as proof.

If the customer decided to return the product because they suddenly changed their mind about the purchase, after it has been processed, shipped, or received, they are responsible for the costs associated with returning back the product. After receiving and inspecting the product, World & Daafi will issue a full refund minus $10 administrative fees.

Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by, since you received your package, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

If the customer would like to return a product. They should contact World & Daafi at support@worldanddaafi.com before sending the item, in order to receive the specific instructions.

Returns and/or refunds, in all cases, will only be accepted if the customer have proof of purchase, and the product is unused, and in the same condition and its original package. Also, the customer must provide us with a proof of damage (if applicable), proof that the package is not received (if applicable), the product is not as described (if applicable).

Returned items are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the return address. Any product that are damaged when we receive them, will not be eligible for refund. Refunds do not include any custom fees paid by the customer at their boarder.

Unfortunately, World & Daafi does not offer an exchange of an item from any processed order, at the moment.
